Jaipur Living’s primary goal was to increase awareness of their Acworth, Georgia headquarters, located 30 minutes north of Buckhead. They hire for a variety of positions in technology, marketing, customer service, and warehousing.
Hiring challenges included attracting the attention of Atlanta-based talent to the company’s suburban geographic location and winning over the candidates they desire to hire.

We started with a series of employee surveys, followed by focus groups. The focus group feedback inspired the employer value proposition (EVP) and content ideas for creative assets. The information and data collected was key to defining corporate culture and directing how we would move forward throughout the project.
Jaipur Living has an incredible facility, caring leadership, and a mission-driven story. We were challenged to uncover the best way to communicate these distinctions that make Jaipur a great place to work. We ultimately created a corporate video, not simply focused on departmental environments, but rather focused on the core qualities of the company as a whole.
The new EVP – “We work together to make life beautiful!” – became the thematic anchor for all communication channels, including; the career site (which received a refresh), Indeed.com, Glassdoor and LinkedIn. We added employee testimonials to capture personal insight about what it means to be a Jaipur team member.
As a follow-up, we executed two pulse surveys to measure short-term impact, comparing new data with the initial focus group. All copy and assets (including the benefits infographic) were created by our team.
The project was completed by providing Jaipur Living’s Human Resources Department with the strategies and assets to manage social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Glassdoor & Indeed.com.

Jaipur Living’s video campaign, produced by SPLICE, was nationally recognized and received several awards, including an Hermes Award, W3 Award, and a Davey Award, as selected by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts.
Jaipur Living’s EVP – “At Jaipur Living, we work together to make life beautiful” – became the anchor of the employer brand, communicating clearly to potential applicants that employment at Jaipur Living is more than just a “job.” They would be entering a collaborative culture of mission-driven teamwork.
We reimagined the career site with a goals of communicating the EVP and increasing applicant engagement.
Over a 12-month period after project completion, ratings on Glassdoor increased from a 3.2 to a 3.9. The Net Promotor Score (NPS) increased by 3 points.
After-action pulse surveys revealed a 27% increase in positive feelings towards engagement and accuracy of the career site. 98.4% of responders believe the company values and mission are clear.
