Additionally, I have been involved in Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition and Human Resources with global firms since 1996 including; YP (formerly AT&T YellowPages), Case-Mate, Panasonic, and Datapath (a division of Rockwell Collins) along with long term stints on the agency side.

My passion for “recruiting = marketing” led to the formation of MUZE with a full service menu of video, web and social media tactics focused on elevating your employment brand. We create and promote employment brands through technology and partnerships which include; career site design, video production, creation and utilization of talent communities, progressive talent sourcing programs, talent acquisition organizational development, social media programs and customized mobile solutions.
I present to groups of 100 – 1,000+ regularly on a variety of talent acquisition and social media topics including interactive workshops on social recruiting, employer branding and sourcing.
